The hours needed to create a consistent look on your site through a unique layout, color scheme, and navigation concept set the stage for building all other pages. Shopping carts, slideshows, image effects, and streaming audio will add some to the basic rates. Personalized attention is guaranteed, and my rates are always very fair.
